Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using A-Yield FIRE (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App is an educational tool, not financial advice

A-Yield FIRE is a personal tracking, planning, and education tool. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in the App is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. All projections, scores, and scenarios are illustrative estimates based on the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

2. No guarantees

Markets are uncertain. Past performance and modeled outcomes do not guarantee future results. We do not warrant that any figure, forecast, FIRE date, or “Freedom Score” shown in the App will be accurate or achievable.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate data — the quality of any output depends on what you enter.
• Keep your device and any App Lock PIN secure.
• Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes.

4. Market data

Prices and quotes shown in the App come from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are provided “as is” for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, content, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own use, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
